    If have the same behaviour with my E-220.

    Modem driver 3.09.00.00, firmware 11.313.02.00.01 and Windows XP SP3 (spanish).

    Autorun is disabled and tested as local admin.

    Regards.

    @XoR_iPLEiX: do you have a sim-locked or unlocked E220?
    Which firmware updater did you use to go to 11.313.02.00.01?

    I think the problem is Windows 7, I’ve read some reports that the update works with XP with no troubles.

    I tried to update this dashboard under XP, Vista, Win 7 (all x86) on different computers. Modem has firmware v11.117.10.03.99 and now v11.313.02.00.01 (i tried both of them) and result was “mobile terminal is not dashboard, cannot continue” on all computers.

    Hello,

    How should I use the downloaded file (E220-Client software UTPSB300D05SP00C03)? The file is not an executable, and nothing happens when I add an .exe extension.

    I have already updated the firmware with the version 11.313.02.00.01 (available on this site).

    My purpose is to suppress the Vodafone connection manager and be able to use the modem with any operator.

    Thank you in advance for your help!

    Unfortunately, the above link no onger works – I’ve tried both FireFox and IE on a Windows computer, I just get a blank page from the Huawei site. Can anyone list a new download source? Thanks.
