O2 to offer free ADSL with mobile broadband

O2 have just announced their intention to give away free fixed line ADSL broadband with their mobile broadband packages. Customers who choose "O2 Home Broadband Takeaway" will get an 8Mbps ADSL connection free of charge when they sign up to a £20 mobile broadband price plan. O2 are charging a £30 connection charge, but oddly enough this is credited back on your first bill. This price includes a free wireless router and USB stick. The price plan includes 3GB of mobile broadband data and unlimited WiFi access via O2's hotspots.

I find it hard that Vodafone would be able to employ price plan linked traffic shaping/monitoring to detect VoIP use on mobile internet price plans. Unless someone sits there and manually analyses VoIP traffic usage against number's?
