The ZTE MF627 is a low cost mobile broadband USB modem. Like most dongles in this price bracket it's based on older technology and as such the performance is lacklustre - in particular this dongle will struggle to hit higher speeds in areas of weak coverage. If you have the opportunity to buy a device with a better specification instead, go for it.
