Differences to E226? Win7 64 bit support?

Hi,

I've got an E226 modem that was working just fine under XP and Ubuntu, it still works on Ubuntu.
Now I have a new PC with Windows 7 64 bit and it just won't work, or I least I haven't managed to make it work.

Would the E220 drivers you host work for an E226? Do you know how to make this modem work on Windows 7 64 bit?
